I'm In The Trenches With You!! 

I've learned to walk the walk and talk the talk. I sold my house that I love and I live in Logan Circle on Q Street in Washington DC.  It's one of the best streets in DC and I'm moving to a condo so this is the condo I'm buying. 

There was some fire damage from a neighbor and some flooding and the floors were a mess. I have worked my carpenter and use an 8 inch wide plank with knots in it, it's rough. I know it will warm the place up and look incredible. 

I have been selling real estate for a long time and have the experience and knowledge to get you the most number of Buyers and the highest price when selling your home.

My motto is "Do The Work." I am not afraid of doing the work, be it painting, staging, editing or whatever it takes to get my Sellers the highest price. In this video, I share how I am getting ready to transform my condo to have a nicer home and grow my equity.

I use the knowledge and skills I have with design, construction, and such when working with my home buyers as well. I love showing a home to a Buyer and just explaining that if we opened this wall, painted trim or sprayed the kitchen cabinets, it would look like an entirely new home.
